Privacy Policy
Here at Happy Cotton Tails we are committed to keeping your information
private. All information received is encrypted and used only to process
your order and contacting you about your order. We will never sell your
information to others.
Return Policy
We are more than happy to accept your returns under these conditions:
1) The items that you would like to return must be returned in a unused, unopened condition with all packaging and tags intact within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any items not fitting into all of these categories will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
2) All items must have a copy of the purchase receipt and be within the 30 day period from the date of purchase.
3) All items must have a RMA request for approval completed.
To complete your RMA request simply log into your account, click on "My Account" then click on "Track Your Recent Orders." From that page click on the "View Details" of the order in which the products you would like to return are from. When you see the details of your order simply click the "Add New RMA" & select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. The select "Save RMA." Once Happy Cotton Tails has received your RMA request and it has been approved or denied you will receive a e-mail with more detailed information.
*Refunds that would like to be completed for store credit will receive the full purchase price. *Refunds that would like funds in return will be issued a 10% restocking fee from their purchase price of the returned items.

| We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. |

This is a situation we try to avoid but unfortunately sometimes we run into a out of stock product. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00 PM MST , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00 PM MST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM MST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Happy Cotton Tails or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping To Canada We will ship diapers and diaper accessories to Canada. We do not ship detergent or body care products to Canada at this current time. | Happy Cotton Tails shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |
